Which project, deal, or transaction was the “game-changer” in the advancement of your career?
My personal and professional “game-changer” occurred upon the passing of my father. This “game-changer” happened at the same time that I was building my career as a partner at a fast growing CPA firm. In learning how to wear many hats, I was able to keep my father’s legacy alive by also managing his real estate portfolio. Through my professional experiences of learning how to wear many hats, my knowledge of real estate has made me a well-rounded professional and has given me respect from both my clients and colleagues. Accounting helps me to understand the role of business. With this I was able to excel in the construction world as well as the hospitality industry. As I have always said, nothing is impossible, it is all possible.
