How do you contribute to your community or your profession?  
I am a volunteer soccer coach for two of my children’s teams and also a den leader for my son’s Cub Scout pack.

What do you like most about your job?
I get to work with talented, creative individuals designing projects that will positively impact the lives of people in our community.

What can our political leaders do to increase equality in the workplace?
Investing in education, particularly in a manner that will close opportunity gaps for minorities and underprivileged youth.

Who or what inspires you?
My wife Becky, a nurse who is the kindest and most hard-working person I know and my three children who motivate me to live out the ideals we teach them. 

If your life were made into a movie, what actor would you want to portray you?
Will Ferrell

What social media platform do you use the most professionally?
A few years ago I devoted a solid 18 months to building a network and developing a voice on LinkedIn. It’s been enjoyable to connect with others in the local area and beyond.
