What do you like most about your job?
Our clients come to us with a vision for a property and task us with structuring and negotiating deals to realize that vision. Whether the deal is a recapitalization or a new development, it is a great and exciting responsibility, that requires creative thought, collaboration and problem solving. I truly enjoy applying those skills to get deals done. On a related note, the work I do often results in the creation of something new and tangible – something I and others get to use, look at or enjoy, and usually that happens in my very own city. I was born and raised in New York, and I love being part of the constant transformation of my hometown.
