Which project, deal, or transaction was the “game-changer” in the advancement of your career?
Managing the environmental remediation for Douglaston Development’s new residential tower on West 29th St. has been the signature project of my career. This is a complex New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program site with a New York City E-Designation for air and noise. As the environmental point-person for our client and regulators, I need to be familiar with a broad range of environmental and engineering considerations and anticipate issues and opportunities as they arise. This has greatly advanced my knowledge of the environmental requirements and ability to provide guidance in a way everyone can understand to keep the project moving.
