What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020?
In 2020 assorted government agencies in New York City will continue to enforce rules and regulations implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of building’s occupants in the five boroughs. The city of New York continues to pass legislation to improve safety in buildings of all types but has been particularly focused on commercial and residential high-rise building enforcement. Hyline Safety Co. is committed to assisting building owners and managers understand and comply with new rules enforced by an array of city agencies. The city will continue to place pressure on buildings to keep up to code requirements.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2019?
Hyline Safety Co. provided our products and services in well over 150 commercial and residential properties in 2019 helping these buildings to meet local laws that improve the safety of the building’s occupants.

What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2019? 
In 2019 we supplied compliant photoluminescent markings and other safety identification signs in more than 38 NYU properties.
