2019 Year in Review: C. Jaye Berger, Law Offices of C. Jaye Berger

Name: C. Jaye Berger

Company: Law Offices of C. Jaye Berger

What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2019?
I have always liked the sound of the term “Consiligiere,” in the sense of being an advisor to the boss. Most of my clients own or run companies. I enjoy being a “go to” person for their legal needs. They call with questions and I quickly “get” what they are saying and can advise and direct them appropriately. I can “size up” the situation or the contract. I like to think I have an abundance of common sense that I try to use for my clients. You can advise going to the left, which may lead to litigation or you can advise going to the right which can lead to a resolution. That has been my greatest accomplishment in 2019.
