What does it mean to you to be a team player?
I believe in taking the term team player to a higher level. Briscoe deals with life safety issues involving fire and security services and we all take this very seriously. We are team players for the customer and make sure they realize that they are part of this team too. This ensures good communication, good listening skills and the assurance that the customer can speak with anyone within the company and be treated with the importance they deserve. Our customers are responsible to keep an open dialogue with us about their ongoing needs and let us know what is going well and what can be improved. In fact, this team approach holds Briscoe to provide the best possible service which our customers deserve. At the end of the day, everyone is proactively involved.
