What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months?
The successful relocation of 1,500 Port Authority employees to 4 WTC from various locations across New York and New Jersey. It was the first company to move back into the World Trade Center complex after the 9/11 attacks. It was an emotional and fulfilling journey to be a part of the redevelopment of Ground Zero, working with many who survived the attacks of 9/11 and to bring them “home.” It was not only the sheer volume of the move, but to be a part of history to demonstrate the strength of Americans in rebuilding our city.

I am most proud of being a member of Fred’s Team of Memorial Sloan Kettering and successfully running the New York City and Boston marathons and raising over $20,000 to find a cure for cancer.

What does it mean to you to be a team player?
Being a team player is working in tandem with a group of people and willingly cooperate together for the good and success of the whole.

What trend(s) do you predict to dominate your industry in 2019?
The continued focus on workplace strategy within organizations, especially as they downsize their real estate footprint and create open and collaborative spaces. There will also be a strong focus on how to manage a culture in an open environment while continuing to create a productive and positive work place.
