What is your favorite motivational quote?
“The question isn’t who’s going to let me; it’s who is going to stop me.” ~ Ayn Rand (a/k/a “Just Do It” - Nike)

Who inspired you to join the CRE Industry?
In my case, it was a “what” not a “who.” Originally, I was simply working my way through law school, as a paralegal in a law firm’s real estate group. The more I learned about CRE, however, the more fascinated I became: Its tangible and transformative elements – building something from nothing – appealed to me. Understanding the critical role it plays in every aspect of everyone’s lives on a daily basis is profound and inspiring. But most of all, it is fun. I still enjoy it all, many years later.

What is the best advice you have received, and who was it from?
“Know your strengths, have faith in your judgment, keep your passion and never give up.” From the first real estate partner and sponsor I worked with, as I was departing the firm for a better opportunity.
