2019 New York City Real Estate Expo - Oct. 24th

New York, NY Over 5,000 key decision-makers representing the state’s real estate, banking, investment, construction, architecture and related industries will convene at the New York Hilton Midtown on Thursday, October 24th for the 11th annual New York City Real Estate Expo.

There will be 16 timely and informative panel discussions during the day-long event, according to NYCRE Expo founder and NYC Network Group president Anthony Kazazis. 

For example, the 3:00 p.m. session will focus on ‘Wholesale Lending Trends and the Impact on Lending Officers and Real Estate Agents.’ 

Kazazis said, “Here’s a rare opportunity to meet and hear from several experts in one room–people you might never otherwise have a chance to meet in person. They will offer a wide-ranging overview of the advantages of wholesale vs. retail lending, going in-depth on obtaining and retaining purchase business, techniques to stay top of mind with clients and referrals, and the importance of building relationships with real estate agents.”

The session moderator will be Michael Romer, Esq., managing partner, Romer Debbas LLP. Floor moderator will be Robert Levy, executive director and counsel, Mortgage Bankers Association of New Jersey/New Jersey Association of Mortgage Brokers/Pennsylvania Association of Mortgage Brokers.
