If you have had a mentor in your career, who was it and what did they teach you?
Frederic Strauss of TPG Architecture. He taught me that it was ok to strive for more. That the confines of a ‘position’ did not define me or what I could achieve. That belief, that window of opportunity, took me far, offered me an avenue in which to believe in myself and in turn has allowed me to achieve some unbelievable things in my career. For that I am grateful.
