What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2017?

It is an ongoing one.  That said, I have thus far been successful in obtaining a rezoning and major variance relief from the Village of Freeport to permit a new six story, 249 unit apartment project with retail and restaurant components on the site of the old Park West property on Sunrise Highway.  

For many years now, the site has been blighted and off the tax rolls. This new project represents a much needed transit-oriented development for the Freeport commercial corridor, providing upscale rental housing for both young adults and “empty-nest” seniors which will revitalize the site and enhance business for the commercial uses surrounding it.
