Who or what contributed to your success in 2017 and why?
Community bankers on a local level have the capability to significantly support the resurgence of neighborhoods. 2017 has seen continued vigor in the development of urban neighborhood environments that are pedestrian friendly, offering retail, jobs, economic development and modern housing units that appeal to Gen-Xers and empty nesters alike. Patriot Bank has been active in financing projects with local developers that concentrate on building and preserving housing in these transit, pedestrian and bicycle-friendly areas and will continue in 2018. These projects have been a great success in breathing new life into once thriving neighborhoods that are again on the upswing.
