Who or what contributed to your success in 2017 and why?

The biggest contribution to my success in 2017 was to revamp my daily routine allowing me to have the most efficient and productive live-work balance possible. Time management and a strong work ethic I believe are major keys to being successful in our business. Working smart and working efficiently frees up time to focus on more complex and interesting deals which I have always found are the most fun and require the most creativity to see through and to close. For instance, this year we sold an eight-building package in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn that faced imminent foreclosure. Our team was able to draw on all of our experience and bring forth an expedient closing with only hours to spare.
