Who or what contributed to your success in 2017 and why?

RXR Realty & Development, a longstanding client of the firm, retained BGA for a variety of large Manhattan Office Building projects.   Since 2011, RXR and BGA have worked together on a number of infrastructure projects at the iconic Starrett-Lehigh Building, most notably on the multi-phase Historic Window Replacement project (5,000 windows), which required NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission approval.In 2017, RXR retained BGA to develop Contract Documents for several Office Fit Outs at 230 Park Ave., 32 Old Slip, 530 Fifth Ave. as well as the Starrett-Lehigh properties.  The project for the Lionsgate/Starz NYC offices of 34,000 s/f was developed to meet an aggressive construction and move-in schedule.
