Company Name: Zinkovetsky Law Firm

What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2017?

Working with a non-profit organization to help them acquire real estate in NYC. Not only was it wonderful to help further their purpose, it was heartwarming to witness the altruism of New Yorkers who helped fund the venture.

Who or what contributed to your success in 2017 and why?

My daughter who was born in May. I realized that everything I do, as a parent, trickles down to her and forms her life. Our children do and become what they see and feel us do. I cannot simply tell my daughter to be an empowered woman, I must show her in my daily actions. This is what motivates my success and empowers me on a daily basis.

What trends will impact your business in 2018?

Utilization of technology. More and more clients ask why there are not more  streamlined, paperless and remote options when closing a transaction. I believe that there will be a huge push to use more technology in the coming year. As the number of millennial buyers in NYC increases, there will be a great need to create and use platforms that simplify and digitize the closing process.
