What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2017? 

NNN Lease renegotiated that resulted in the sale of property and became a development site sale in Hells Kitchen, New York City.

What was the best decision you made in 2017 and why?

We decided to do sales of distressed condos needing renovation and offered an upside.

Who or what contributed to your success in 2017 and why?

My associates Natalia Dolinsky and Alex Shestakov as they worked on acquisition and dispossession of condos with me. They helped me to renovate and to market properties. 

What trends will impact your business in 2018?

International investors are looking closely at Manhattan luxury market and waiting on sidelines to buy and sell we will benefit as market conditions are poised to change. We are looking for distressed and all cash deals to have our expertise in adding value and reselling.
