2017 Year in Review: Derek Bestreich Bestreich Realty Group

Name & Title: Derek Bestreich, President

Company Name:  Bestreich Realty Group

Address: 225 Broadway, Suite 860, New York, NY 10007

What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2017?

Team based and organizational accomplishments comprise my most notable professional achievements for 2017. As many NY investors know, our company just completed its second full year in operation. Within this time, we’ve built the firm up to 15 full time brokers (working as four cohesive teams) and three  support staff members.  As of December 1, for the calendar year 2017 we sold 45 Brooklyn properties totaling $138 million in transaction volume. We believe this is one of the best and most active track records in the Brooklyn market, making this cumulative result is my most notable achievement for the year.
