What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2017?

Our most notable transaction of 2017 was the acquisition of two properties for $28.5 million in Manhattan.

What was the best decision you made in 2017 and why?

The best decision we made was the acquisition of the $28.5M acquisition because we were able to execute our business plan and we have already increased the value of the properties by 15% in less than a year.

Who or what contributed to your success in 2017 and why?

Our company has grown through acquisitions and management in 2017 and we must contribute this success to our staff and their determination to find deals and to manage buildings a high standard.

What trends will impact your business in 2018?

We feel the market is tightening so we expect a smaller volume of deal flow but we have implemented strategies to be in front of the curve and continue to source quality off market deals for our investors.
