How do you play your strengths to your advantage in your career? I never fear to negotiate and I never negotiate out of fear. I look at people straight in the eye and always tell the truth.

What trends are you seeing so far this year? “Paring” store fronts, businesses, that complement each other.

What do you do for fun? I love children, animals, plants and outside adventures – keep working on culinary skills, however, going out to eat, I consider more fun.
