What trends are you seeing so far this year? I see an increasing amount of development and construction projects taking place, especially in Brooklyn. This highlights the need for affected buildings to seek advice and legal counsel regarding “access rights” and before signing any agreements. This is an evolving area of the law with new cases being decided. Buildings affected by such projects need advice on what to watch out for before allowing any access by developers to their property. Depending on the magnitude of the access, a team of experts may be needed to review plans and ensure that the property is adequately protected and there are no encroachments.

What do you do for fun? I have been an artist my entire life and get to use both sides of my brain on a daily basis.
