Name: Nadine Cino LEED AP

Title: CEO

Company Name: TygaBox Systems, Inc and TygaTechnologies Inc

Years in real estate: 20+

What real estate associations or organizations are you a member of? CoreNet, IFMA, AMSA

How have you navigated obstacles to achieve success in your career?

Mostly by being an “intentional listener” to new ideas, to having familiar and new people participating in working towards the objective, and by putting 120% of my energy behind creating a successful outcome!

How do you play your strengths to your advantage in your career?

Amongst my strengths are hi-energy, visualization, and charisma. I use my energy to help others envision a better future for themselves should they choose to become aligned with what we’re doing/offering, and for creating connections which can be of benefit to all with whom I come into contact. Amongst my favorite things to do is to connect people with one another so that they can mutually be enriched.

What trends are you seeing so far this year?

The shifts in the workplace environment, and the lifestyle it fosters are meaningful to me, because people and businesses are being asked to continuously learn how to incorporate extreme mobility and technology into the value chain. On a macro basis, I perceive that there is a shift underway towards a knowledge-based economy which is measured in starkly different ways as compared to a consumption-based economy.

What do you do for fun?

Museums, wine-tastings/pairings, dancing, sculpting, working out, hiking, swimming, traveling, learning about cultures and meditation.
