What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?

Most assuredly, it was the lease of a full floor at One Pierpont Plaza in Brooklyn Heights to the Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburg. This transaction came about solely because of my long term relationship and friendship with Jack Britvan, SIOR of Commercial Realty Services of Long Island.  I met Jack and had the opportunity to assist in representing the tenant, because of the SIOR network which has driven a lot of business my way over the years and helped develop my professional acumen. Forest City was superb to deal with and the bank got quality space in a tight market. The lease was for 44,081 s/f and was a ten year deal.
