What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?

In 2016, my firm Mayer CPA’s LLP merged into Prager Metis CPA’s, LLC an international CPA firm with 8 offices. This merger added tremendous resources to our clients.

What project, transaction, market trend or product had the greatest impact on your industry this year?

Our industry is in a huge consolidation move. Our firm has merged in many firms in 2016 and look forward to continued growth.

How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2017?

Personally I have an office of 11 partners to work with on Long Island and I will work to increase our productivity as we increase our organic growth. We are now able to service Long Island’s middle market clients.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2017?

We will be expanding our international presence in 2017, which will benefit our clients, staff and firm.
