What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2017?

The 2016 presidential election has caused a new trend with republican win of Donald Trump to the presidency.

The stock market has been soaring since the announcement of a Trump win and President-Elect Trump has pledged in his acceptance speech on election night that he will immediately reverse the Dodd Frank Act that has been a difficult economic disaster for the banking industry with the banks hands ties behind their backs with over-regulation that crimped the economy, banks not allowed to grow or merge, no bank loans, stifled real estate plans and development. The market will loosen up and I already see the sense of optimism in the air with investors and business leaders.
