What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?
In 2016 one of UtiliSave’s most notable projects was for one of our commercial property owners in New York City. UtiliSave was proud to uncover over $515,000 in savings and refunds within the first 60 days of engagement. We conducted a forensic audit by analyzing the billing data (both recent and historical bills) and also did a physical inspection of the property and meters. This resulted in us uncovering an incorrect rate schedule used for billing, overbilled consumption and incorrect reporting of high consumption. This was a huge win for our customer.
