What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?

2863 Webster Ave. - Completed lease of second floor to NYC for UPK and leased ground floor space to a multi-unit laundromat company.

What project, transaction, market trend or product had the greatest impact on your industry this year?

The rezoning of areas of Brooklyn and Queens, which forced many businesses to relocate to the Bronx. This has decreased the amount of available space, especially industrial immensely. 

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2017? 

Increased housing and rezonings being done in the Bronx, which will create opportunities for sales of development sites as well as leasing for retail in and around the new developments.
