What project, transaction, market trend or product has had the greatest impact on your industry this year? 

At Zere Real Estate Services, we have always been ahead of the curve. This past year I focused my efforts on the solar energy industry signing contracts for more than 680 acres of land on the East End of Long Island and 8.5 MW of commercial rooftops throughout both Nassau and Suffolk Counties. 

In 2017, I will continue to put into contract more qualified land for solar farms and identify qualified rooftops on commercial office and industrial buildings using a new financial tool that will be no cost the building owners.
