What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?

In March 2016 John Proscia and his team joined forces with Ambrosino Consulting Corp. to create a very deep and service-oriented management company.  With the new marriage of the property management firm and a first-class construction firm we can provide additional services to our clients.  We now have a cradle-to-grave approach offering owners hands on decision-making by experienced local and senior-level real estate professionals.

What project, transaction, market trend or product had the greatest impact on your industry this year?

Technology would be one of the most recent market trends to impact the third party property management field.  With today’s software ability and communication ability, there is no longer lag time between a problem and a resolution.  This creates more productivity and the ability to handle more products in an efficient and timely manner.

How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2017?

In addition to the retraining and repositioning for technology we are also going to be more than doubling our brokerage staff to bring in commercial brokerage.

What emerging trends will drive property management in 2017?

We are waiting for the new administration to take hold of Washington DC.  We, as a business, are looking forward to some potential tax credits or tax benefits.  The President-Elect has made it clear that in the year 2017 he is going to reduce the corporate tax structure.  This should spur investment and expansion to Fortune 500 companies.
