Acquisition of a retail condominium in The West Village, Refinancing another retail condo of ours at a rate below 3% interest for a 5-year term.

Low interest rates. Lack of reasonably priced inventory for sale.

How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2017? 

Working harder and smarter than last year.  We just hired a few really talented people.
