How did you get your start in real estate?

I started Financing Real Estate when I moved to the sales side of commercial banking 15 years ago

What recent project or transaction are you most proud of?

Getting a business owner a mortgage on his property to take out all his other debt and buy out his partner while reducing his monthly payments but putting his assets to work for him.  Basically  I always try to review the entire picture and structure a deal that works best to help the customer.

What time management strategies do you find to be the most effective for you?

Focusing on calls that need to be made before you open up your email and documenting the calls in the calling system in detail.

What is the best advice you have received and who was it from?

When you are at a networking event and someone gives you their card, write the event and the conversation on the back of the card so you know who you want to follow up with later on when you review the cards.
