What was a significant milestone or achievement for your company?

Being awarded a multi-year contract with Citi and subsequently winning hteir “Global Environmental Leader of the Year Award” for North America in 2010.

What advice would you give to a woman who is planning to launch her own business?

Base your business on what you LOVE and then build an organization with people who love what you do as much as you do.

How do you empower other women in your workplace?

I actively “mentor from behind” all our staff because I want for all of them to grow beyond what they think they can become
