Being asked to give a workshop at CUNY. It was validation of my expertise. And I love to teach.

What have been some of the benefits of being a mentor or having a mentor?

Gaining the support and encouragement you may not get from friends and family.

Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career and why?

The brokers I have worked for. Specifically Robert Bielsky- Manhattan Commercial Realty.

What time management strategies do you find to be the most effective for you?

Create a task calendar and be consistent until it becomes a habit.

What is the best advice you have received and who was it from?

Broker Robert Bielsky- learn to handle the ups and downs and believe in yourself.

When you launched your business what were some challenges that you experienced?

Trying to keep customers loyal.

How did you overcome them?

Offering superior service and increasing expertise.

What was a significant milestone or achievement for your company?

Getting the most commissions in the brokerage in my first year.

What advice would you give to a woman who is planning to launch her own business?

It will take twice as long and cost twice as much as you think.

How do you empower other women in your workplace?

Mentoring them.
