How did you get your start in real estate?

I had the great privilege to have performed/sung in renown concert/national venues around europe and asia such as bonn symphony hall (germany), the concertgebouw (the netherlands), shinjuku concert hall (japan), and korean national assemblies & presidential suites when i was young. Performing within different types of the built and acoustical environment naturally inspired me to explore and learn more about architecture, in particular, architectural acoustics.
