How did you get your start in real estate?

I worked as an intern at Winick with the hopes of getting into the publishing industry but Jeff Winick had other plans for me. 

What real estate associations or organizations are you a member of?

REBNY, ICSC, WREC

What recent project or transaction are you most proud of?

Having recently completed the Nordstrom’s Men deal at 3 Columbus Circle may be one of the highlights of my career. The deal took four years to negotiate and we couldn’t have found a better fit for the space. 

What recent honor, achievement or recognition has meant the most to you and why?

Winning CoStar’s Power Broker Award felt like one of the best recognitions as it is based on square footage leased only. 

What time management strategies do you find to be the most effective for you?

I tackle every task as soon as they present themselves to me. The sooner I finish a project, the easier it is to move straight on to the next. I never stop working!
