How did you get your start in real estate? 

I started as an Administrative Assistant at Equipment Planners, Inc. 

Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career and why?

Jay Pulaski, currently a principal at Shen Milsom & Wilke, has been the strongest influence on my career.  Jay taught me to have a strong work ethic, pay attention to detail and be a team player.   

What time management strategies do you find to be the most effective for you?

As simple as it sounds, the most effective time management strategy for me is keeping a daily to do list.   I start my morning every day looking over my list to help prioritize my work load and keep myself aware of all upcoming deadlines. Another strategy that works for me is to minimize distractions. I feel one of the biggest distractions is emails. Instead of stopping and checking email all day, I check emails at set times throughout the day. At those times, I respond to as many emails as possible so emails do not build up in my inbox.
