Getting a client $192.5 million, equal to a 92.5% LTC capital stack, for a 14 facility Skill Nursing Home portfolio purchase. What real estate project, transaction, market trend or product had a significant impact on your industry in 2015? The great cap rate / interest rate compression fueled our business tremendously. How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2016? Gonna bust my petunias! What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2016? If capital remains abundant, and cap rates and interest remain low, I think that the party will continue until the same time next year.
