What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2015? We have recently received three new design awards at the 51st Annual Long Island A.I.A Awards (ARCHI).  These projects, the medical facility, new concept Hampton’s house, and outdoor terrace were the winners of this prestigious AIA competition. What real estate project, transaction, market trend or product had a significant impact on your industry in 2015? The competitiveness of new office spaces causes many of our clients to upgrade many of their existing lobbies, corridors & amenities which helped increase business. How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2016? What we will be doing is maintain high level architecture and interior design. We believe in marketing our projects through social media channels. What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2016? High level cost in Manhattan will start to take its toll in 2016 and I truly hope it’s not going to affect us.
