Robert Weible, CW Solutions Robert Weible, CW
Solutions
What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2015? CW Solutions experienced tremendous growth in 2015. In particular, we completed a $1 billion project that required several permanent and temporary properties for one of our clients to upgrade their infrastructure. What real estate project, transaction, market trend or product had a significant impact on your industry in 2015? Our company works on projects for the utility and wireless telecommunications companies, assisting in areas where they are putting in brand new lines or reconductoring existing lines and upgrading new facilities. In this environment, technology is changing at a rate that we’ve never experienced before, and the result has rippled across the wireless and utility industries. In 2015 we’ve seen a huge increase in customer demand and expect that demand will continue to significantly impact both of these industries in the coming years. How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2016? Our company is committed to teamwork and collaboration to provide customers with high quality services.  In the coming year, we will continue to add talented professionals to our team and empower them to grow through career development opportunities.  We believe the company’s success is based on the success of every individual on the team. What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2016? Despite lower crude oil and natural gas prices, there is still a desire by the American public for alternative energy sources. We expect that there will be more tax incentives offered at the federal and state level to help fund alternative energy sources such as wind and solar power.
