What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2015? This started and ended to be one of most exciting and productive years in my career. The start in January- I closed on a sale of 14 Bronx properties in just 3 days and a development site in Parkchester comprising 310,525 s/f. That comprised of an entire city block. The other was the sale of Normandy’s  Bronx Multifamily Portfolio consisting of 14 buildings. No one was able to achieve the pricing we got for both sellers. We get the highest and best record breaking prices, always pushing the market to the next tier.
