What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2015?
My most notable deal in 2015 was selling a 230,000 s/f, 10-story storage facility at 37-53 Flatbush Ave. in Brooklyn for $90 million, which represents the highest price achieved in the last year for a single asset in Boerum Hill and Downtown Brooklyn – as well as being among the largest in Brooklyn’s history. We did this deal in a quiet, targeted, off-market manner and achieved an amazing result for all parties. The buyers, Quinlan Development Group LLC and Building & Land Technology, are converting the property into office space.
