Join Building Owners & Managers Association New York (BOMA/NY) as they meet up with ASHRAE, Building Commissioning Association (BCxA), Local 94, NYSERDA and Con Edison to bring you "NYC LL85 & LL87, Comply & Conquer Conference: Real Buildings, Real Experience." At this free, morning-long conference on September 25th, you will find out what really matters when complying with these laws. You'll gain the inside track on their new energy conservation provisions from the perspective of all key members of the building team. Held from 8 a.m. to noon, the conference will cover the following: * LL87 panelists from Hines, Strategic Building Solutions, Tishman Speyer, AKF Group and the N.Y.C. government will dive into the details and use case studies on recent projects to share lessons learned, additional insight and their views on LL87 implementation. * LL85 benefit from the experience of panelists who serve on committees deciding what NYS and city should adopt from the International Energy Conservation Code. They will focus on details associated with code compliance for existing buildings. The seminar is being held at the Con Edison headquarters at 4 Irving Place.
