Vanbarton Group launches leasing at 380-unit Hollingsworth property

Manhattan, NY Vanbarton Group has launched leasing at Hollingsworth. Located at 70 West 37th St. at the corner of Sixth Ave. in Midtown, the 25-story rental building features a collection of 380 residences paired with a suite of technology and lifestyle-driven amenities, blocks away from Bryant Park.

Hollingsworth residents will enjoy a range of technology and lifestyle-driven amenities including a fitness center equipped with Peloton bikes and Technogym equipment, a 24-hour doorman and a “Hub by Amazon” digital locker package system, a variety of co-working spaces, social lounge, landscaped rooftop with views of the Empire State Building, outdoor and indoor fireplaces and grills, valet laundry service, bicycle and resident storage, and on-site parking. To further enhance the living experience, the pet-friendly building will also host social gatherings to bring residents together. 

All residences feature washer and dryers, wood plank flooring, expansive closets and built-in roller shades. Kitchens feature stone countertops, waterfalls and backsplash, stainless steel built-in European appliances and soft-close cabinetry. The bathrooms feature imported Italian tile and soaking tubs.

Located between Bryant Park and Nomad, Hollingsworth offers a home oasis in the middle of everything. The building is also in close proximity to over a dozen subway lines and is located in the middle of the city’s top cultural, dining, retail, entertainment and wellness options.

The property also consists of 75,000 s/f of office space, 12,000 s/f of retail space and 120 parking spaces. The side-core, light-filled office space - marketed by Cushman & Wakefield and offering Sixth Ave. signage - features a modern dedicated lobby on Sixth Ave. and an exclusive outdoor deck space. The retail space, also facing Sixth Ave. at the nexus of Bryant Park and NoMad with significant foot traffic, is being marketed by RKF.

The building has already welcomed four new retailers: Birch Coffee, Paris Baguette, I Milky, and Krispy Kreme. Remaining retail spaces including 18-foot ceilings and a window-walled storefront.
