Mojo Stumer designs Manhattan townhouse

Manhattan, NY Mojo Stumer Associates is designing a multi-floor contemporary townhouse located at 135 East 38th St. that will have a modern twist to a typical townhouse in this area.

The new exterior of the redesign will have a cantilever bay window made of glass and stainless frame. The façade is a composition of a  composite wood slat rain screen system sectioned off with metal framing. These modern details will help to create a standout piece of modern architecture, yet still maintaining typical  components of this local vehicular.
