BOMA/NY re-elects officers for a second term in 2015; Hill of Boston Properties continues to serve as president

BOMA officers and board of directors.

In a unanimous sweep, the officers of BOMA/NY, the New York Association of one of the largest real estate trade groups in the world, were re-elected for a second term in 2015 and effective January 1st are:
* President: Thomas Hill, RPA (Boston Properties Inc.)
* Vice president: James Kleeman, RPA (The Port Authority of NY & NJ)
* Treasurer: Ronald Zeccardi (Cohen Brothers Realty Corp.)
* Secretary: Hani Salama, PE/LEED AP (Monday Properties)
All officers will complete their terms of service this year. New members of the board of directors, which serve terms of three years, have also been elected. Their terms began January 1st, and are:
* Cynthia Boyea, RPA/CPM (Paramount Group, Inc.
* Ron Jerman, SMA/SMT (The Durst Organization)
* Frank Scaffa (SL Green Realty Corp.)
* Michael Spagnola (L & L Holding Company, LLC)
* Joseph Szabo (Fisher Brothers Management Co.
