What was the best thing that happened to you or your firm in 2014?
We were fortunate enough to bring on a group of 7 senior attorneys that primarily focus on commercial real estate. The NYREJ featured an article on this acquisition and nominated us as Company of the Month as a result (http://www.romerdebbas.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/NYREJ-Company-of-Month.pdf). This transition helped our firm solidify its position as a preeminent real estate boutique firm focused on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, finance, development and leasing. We were also able to expand our tax as well as trusts & estates department with 2 of the 7 lawyers that joined us having an expertise in these areas of law.
