What was the best thing that happened to you or your firm in 2014? My son Jeffrey and I, representing our organization, received the Heritage Award at the 90th Anniversary Banquet of the Bronx-Manhattan North Association. This designation was created to pay special recognition to a real estate firm that is 100 years old and still family operated. What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or personal achievement in 2014? What are you looking forward to accomplishing in 2015? Our concentration on Increasing ownership in commercial properties in the greater New York area was particularly successful in 2014, We increased our ownership In that category by over 25% and we continue to pursue that goal. What are some of your real estate predictions for 20157 We are extremely optimistic that well located residential and commercial properties will continue to increase in value due to low interest rates and dramatically higher land values and the increasing cost of new construction.
