What are some of your real estate predictions for 2015?
Architectural work has increased 25% over the last few years due to a better economy and corporate expansion. I was very fortunate to design additions for MAX USA and GREAT NECK SAW. I also was very fortunate to design Juvenile Reis Studies in LIC. I believe that dropping oil prices will create more construction projects and lower construction costs. I think that the residential construction sector will also expand in N.Y.C. in 2015.
