BlumbergExcelsior has signed a lease of 12,420 rentable s/f at 16 Court St. downtown. Founded in 1887, BlumbergExcelsior is the leading nationwide supplier of specialized law products. After well over a century of doing business in Manhattan’s Lower East Side and Tribeca neighborhoods, company president and CEO Bob Blumberg decided it was time to move the company headquarters to the borough.

Ingram & Hebron Realty is the exclusive leasing brokerage for 16 Court Street and
represented both tenant and landlord in this transaction. The lease is for a term of five
years.

16 Court St. is owned by SL Green Realty Corp. and contains 300,000 s/f of office space on 36 floors and is one of downtown’s largest full service office buildings.
