IREM NYC donates Clay Shoot proceeds to GiGi’s Playhouse

Manhattan, NY IREM NYC has donated the net proceeds of their Sixth Annual Clay Shoot to two local charities, SHAREing & CAREing and GiGi’s Playhouse. A check in the amount of $31,573 was presented to Jane Providenti, co-president of GiGi’s Playhouse NYC at the organization’s annual gala at City Winery in October.

GiGi’s Playhouse New York City is a grass-roots not-for-profit that opened in 2012. They provide a place to celebrate a Down Syndrome diagnosis and gain the social and academic skills individuals with Down Syndrome need in order to reach their potential and make a contribution to this great city. Their mission is to change the way the world views Down Syndrome and to send a global message of acceptance for all. GiGi’s Playhouse is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization and is solely funded by donations.
